How do I pay for my shipment?
For one-time orders we accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express. If you have a repeating need or are looking to use Courier Direct as your main courier, filling out a short customer packet about your company will get you set up in order to Invoice.
How do I set up an account to be invoiced?
Call 503-691-7800 or E-Mail info@courier-direct.com. Any of our customer service rock stars will be able to get you in the right direction.
Do you deliver to the Portland Airport?
Yes! We have drivers that are TSA Certified. Please call for availability.
Do you pick up or deliver to Post Office Boxes?
Unfortunately, we do not deliver to PO Boxes as they require a key.
Do you pick up or deliver to places such as Federal Express or UPS?
Yes, as long as we have the tracking number for the product.
Is there a waiting time charge?
Yes. Additional charges may be applied if the driver has to wait at either pickup or delivery. The amount of the charge depends on the amount of time our driver waited. Please contact us for more information.
What are delivery service hours?
Courier Direct has drivers available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week and 365 days a year. Observed holiday’s the office is closed. Call us at 503-691-7800 to speak with our dispatcher. Please see below for our observed holidays.
Can you ship hazardous materials?
Unfortunately moving hazardous shipments is not something we accommodate.
Do you leave packages if the customer is not there to receive?
We always make a call to you before leaving a package behind. We will only leave it if it is in a safe or hidden location and we have the OK from you to leave the package. If we do not have permission to leave it, we can re-attempt at another time for a small additional charge.
How do I place an order?

When will my order be delivered?
Your order will be delivered depending on the service requested. Please see our “Services” page on the left hand side of the page. If you need a specific delivery time, please let us know. If there is a delay, you will be notified.
Can I request a delivery signature for my shipment? Is there a charge?
Email info@courier-direct.com and we would be happy to assist you with a hard copy signature from your shipment. Please have our Order # available. We can provide you the proof of delivery free of charge.
Can I reroute a shipment before it has been delivered?
Yes, you can reroute a shipment before it has been delivered if we catch it on time but there will be a small additional charge as we route/schedule our drivers with shipments in the same area. If your product has already been delivered, we can send a driver to pick it up and get it to the right place at an additional charge.
What is your holiday schedule?
